From Pikeville, Paintsville, Salyersville, Hazard:
Take the Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway heading West towards Lexington. Merge onto I-64 West. As you approach Lexington, take I-75 South. From there take the Lexington/Athens Exit 104 and turn right toward Lexington at stop light. Travel 4 miles; turn right onto Man O’ War at the fifth stop light.
